This rate includes a cleaning fee, an onsite production manager to staff the event, and usage of all of our in house sound, lighting and production equipment.

Q: What equipment do you have at the space?
A: Live Performances:
We have sound, lighting and projection equipment currently in house, included with your rental. This includes a projector, fog machine, and a programmable DMX laser.
Workshops/ Meetings:
We have a projector, and TV for presentations. We own folding tables and chairs for workshops to accommodate 25–40 people.
Exhibition/ Installation:
We currently have one long plinth, and installation tools such as nails, hammers, screwdrivers, etc. for putting work on the walls.
Q: What is the capcity of the room?
A: The capacity of our front room is approximately 120 for standing room events. For floor seating, you can plan for 70-80 seats.
Q: Can I hang things on the walls?
A: Yes, we recommend command strips. Mounting to the walls or ceiling is allowed, but will need to be patched by the end of the rental time so is not recommended.
Q: Can we serve alcohol at our event?
A: Alcohol is allowed on the premises, but alcohol sales require additional insurance and permits to be submitted. Please contact us for more info. If you would like to sell alcohol, you will also have to provide security to ID check at the door.
Q: Can we bring our own equipment?
A: Yes, but all equipment must be approved in advance and removed immediately after your event.
Q: Is set up and teardown time included in the rental period?
A: Yes, all setup and teardown time must be included in your booked hours.
Q: Can we book for multiple days?
A: Yes, multi-day bookings are available. Please contact us for a quote.
Q: Can we charge tickets at the door?
A: Yes. We typically use RA.co for ticketing and promotion at our space, but organizers are allowed to use any ticketing platform that they prefer.
Q: Can we sell our own merchandise?
A: Yes. You are required to handle all transactions and staff the merchandise table, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Q: Do I need to hire my own staff to work the door, merch table, etc.?
A: Yes, unless otherwise stated in a multi-day rental agreement.
